1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Magre platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Account Registration
You must create an account to use certain features of our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. Magre reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders placed through Magre are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may change without notice. Payment must be received in full before production begins. We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout. Magre reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all intellectual property rights to designs you upload to the Magre platform. By uploading a design, you grant Magre a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, and fulfill orders containing your design. You represent and warrant that your designs do not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. Magre reserves the right to refuse or remove any content that violates these terms.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Magre platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to: uploading designs that contain hate speech, violence, explicit sexual content, or promote illegal activities; attempting to circumvent our payment systems; interfering with the platform's security features; and using automated tools to scrape or manipulate the platform. Magre reserves the right to review and reject any order at its sole discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
Magre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any products ordered. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Products are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Termination
Magre reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business. Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Benin City, Nigeria. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for any such dispute.
