Magre ships internationally to select countries. International delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country, customs processing, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of any additional charges before placing an order.

Shipping rates for orders below ₦25,000 are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of the items in your cart. International shipping rates vary by destination and are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS (if provided). You can use this tracking number on our website or directly on our logistics partner's portal to monitor your package in real time.

If you do not receive your tracking information within 24 hours of shipment, please check your spam folder or contact our support team at design@magre.com.ng for assistance.

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at design@magre.com.ng. We will initiate an investigation with the logistics provider and keep you informed of the progress.

For domestic orders, if a package is confirmed lost during transit, we will either reship the order at no additional cost or issue a full refund at your discretion. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

International lost package claims are handled on a case-by-case basis and may take longer to resolve due to involvement of customs and international carriers.

You may request a change to your shipping address within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order may have already entered production or processing, and address changes cannot be guaranteed.
